Most of NR2003's modding community consists of painters. There is literally thousands of paint schemes online. NNRacing has a big chunk of it. Up next are the track makers, hundreds of tracks, which involves Sandbox (the worst utility for NR2003) and some 3D modeling. Then, comes the mod makers. They do some coding and mostly 3D modeling. Now comes the smallest bit of the community, physics editors. Only very few in existence, they have been around for years, studying and researching and developing EXEs. Now, they are some "physics editors" who do not know or do not edit physics properly. This is very important and these morals must be taken into consideration.
The second thing to watch for is what to edit. If you are changing random lines thinking it will improve your work, you are basing your EXE on feel or want. NR2003 is based on simulation, not NASCAR Heat: NR2003 Edition. The only place where feel can benefit is in the tire section and that is only referencing the real thing, like simulating a drifting car.
